What is a considered a minor accidents?
Bumps, bruises, cuts and falls happen. Often, these occur after hours or on the weekend when we are pottering around at home.
Also, accidents occur as sporting injuries during these times, so we’re here to help when your GP is shut.
The most common minor injuries we treat are:
- lacerations needing wound care
- bumps resulting in bruising or swelling
- minor burns or scalds
What types of minor accidents can we help with at East Care Urgent Care?
We can help with most minor accidents. Or we can refer you to a wrap-around service, hospital or specialist for more complex presentations.
Come to see us at urgent care if you’ve had an accident including:
- fall resulting in sprains, fractures or head injuries
- cuts that may require glueing or stitching
- removal of foreign bodies like bits of gravel or splinters
- domestic violence or an attack resulting in bruising, cuts or swelling. Also, we can help with emotional support and onward referral.

在注册表格上请注明你想注册在哪位还有接受新病人的医生名下。
在我们诊所新注册的病人需要约见我们的护士或医疗助理完成一个健康询问会诊。
在健康询问会诊中，护士将会测量您的身高、体重、血压等，和简单的跟您相谈病史 ，让我们的医疗团队更好了解您的健康状况。
完成健康询问会诊后便可以与医生会诊。
首次会诊时长如下：
